Explore our licensing terms to understand how you can use our designs and products. Our licensing options cater to various needs, providing flexibility and clarity for your creative projects.
ArtBubbles offers two types of Licenses. (1) Free License and (2) Premium License.
(1) Free License: Any of our free items (single design or bundles) comes with unlimited personal & commercial license with attribution. That means you can use any free items for your personal & commercial projects, but you must attribute or credit to ArtBubbles.com.
WHAT IS ALLOWED:
- Create physical products for yourself or for your business. (Physical product example: T-shirts, mugs, signs, keychains, wine tumblers... you get the idea!)
- Create a logo, blog banner, ebook designs, etc. (Please make sure that the design will not be able to altered or downloaded solely by your followers / customers.)
- Make new digital designs and POD designs by modifying licensed graphics into new works! (You cannot simply upload our original designs on POD sites and sell the design as-is without adding your own work to it.)
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED:
- Reselling, sharing, or giving away any licensed items.
- Sending as-is designs to any other person/party so they can make physical goods.
- - Digital cut files may not be digitized and re-sold as embroidery files.
- Use any or all Items to generate, create, produce or howsoever associated such Items to defamatory, offensive, harmful or abusive materials or articles
(2) Premium License: Any of our items (single design or bundles) comes with unlimited personal & commercial license without attribution. You can use any of our items for both your personal & commercial projects, you don’t have to attribute or credit to ArtBubbles.com.
WHAT IS ALLOWED:
- Create physical products for yourself or for your business. (Physical product example: T-shirts, mugs, signs, keychains, wine tumblers... you get the idea!)
- Create a logo, blog banner, ebook designs, etc. (Please make sure that the design will not be able to altered or downloaded solely by your followers / customers.)
- Full POD uses. (Create and upload designs to POD sites that are the same or similar to the original.)
- Embroidery digitizers. (You are allowed to use our items personally and/or commercially as long as the file is a digital embroidery file. A link back to us is not required. You may not include any of our original files in your download.)
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED:
- Reselling, sharing, or giving away any licensed items.
- Sending as-is designs to any other person/party so they can make physical goods.
- Keep selling Full POD files without modification after you end your premium subscription.
- Stitch out new physical designs with the Embroidery design after your subscription ends. You are, however, allowed to continue selling the physical product with the embroidery design that you stitched out while your subscription was active.
- Use any or all Items to generate, create, produce or howsoever associated such Items to defamatory, offensive, harmful or abusive materials or articles
Disclaimer:
We try very hard to make sure all of the quotes and sayings we use in our designs are not trademarked. Due to the nature of the business and new sayings being trademarked every day. Sometimes the phrases we use that weren't trademarked when we listed them up for sale have become trademarked. It is your responsibility to re-check the phrases yourself and make sure you are following trademark laws.
